Indian states refuse to sign PPAs at pre-auction tariffs.

Andhra Pradesh and Gujarat, who had set tariffs for wind energy before the recent auctions, no longer accept that they should sign power purchase agreements any higher than auction levels. 500MW of completed projects are without PPAs.
