Westinghouse looks to Korea Electric Power for a future

The Korean company is in talks with Toshiba about buying it's stake in a UK nuclear power plant project while Westinghouse talks with US utilities about Chapter 11 bankruptcy.  Both companies have previously collaborated on technical issues.
