MDH South Africa proposes $1.2bn Ndevu Gorge hydro project

MDH has submitted a proposal to the Zambian authorities for a 235MW hydro power generation project on the Luangwa River in the Eastern Province. Feasibility studies will centre around the practicalities of building a dam and using the lake for primary irrigation-based agriculture.
