Only one bidder remains for Romanian motorway BOT

Only the Sino-Turkish CCCC-Makyol consortium remains of the original five bidding groups for Romania's Ploiesti-Brasov tolled motorway project. The €1.36 billion ($1.5 billion) project is to be developed under a PPP arrangement.
