Clearway signs 2 PPAs for 110MW Black Rock wind farm

Clearway Energy Group has signed a PPA with AEP Energy and Toyota for its 110MW Black Rock wind farm, in Grant and Mineral counties, West Virginia. The project recently received a Siting Certificate from the West Virginia Public Service Commission and construction is expected to begin in late 2020.
