Exclusive talks between an Ardian-led consortium and Telecom Italia (TIM) are nearing an end on the deal to buy part of TIM's stake in mobile tower group INWIT. TIM's 33.2% interest is set to transfer to a holding company and it will sell just under 50% of that to the consortium....
