MIRA makes bid for stake in Open Fiber

The board of Enel has received a non-binding bid from Macquarie Infrastructure Real Asset (MIRA) for all or part of its 50% stake in Italian broadband joint venture Open Fiber. The wholesale-only broadband operator is jointly owned with Italian state lender Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP)....
