Hitachi withdraws from Welsh nuclear project

Hitachi has confirmed that its subsidiary Horizon Nuclear Power Ltd is to withdraw from its 3GW Wylfa Newydd nuclear power project on Anglesey, Wales. Work had already been suspended for 20 months.
