Danish Energy Agency (Energistyrelsen) is inviting pre-qualification for the project to build the Thor offshore wind farm west of Thorsminde, in the North Sea. The project is scaled at 800-1,000MW and is estimated to require an investment of €1.8-2.4 billion ($2.1-2.8 billion)....
