Vertical Bridge appoints Eve Berneche to the Board

Vertical Bridge has appointed the Senior Director of Infrastructure at Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec (CDPQ) Eve Berneche to its Board of Directors. CDPQ became a shareholder in the communications infrastructure owner and operator last year.
