BayWa r.e. raises €530m for stake in renewables energy unit

Energy Infrastructure Partners (EIP), formerly Credit Suisse Energy Infrastructure Partners, will make an equity contribution of €530 million ($640 million) in BayWa r.e. renewable energy GmbH for a 49% stake. The investment is made by funds advised by EIP.
