DBP backs mini-hydro scheme

Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) has approved a PHP660 million ($11.78 million) loan for the 4.6MW Dupinga Mini Hydropower project in Gabaldon. The bank will release the first tranche of the loan this week to begin construction on the project, completion of which is expected by early 2024....
